What is Love? :)

Ok! People who know me won't certainly be expecting this post from me. But guys, i do think sometimes..;) and whatever i'm gonna write now is the result of my thinking. I am just trying to portray my thoughts on the 'paper'!

What is GPS?

Out of the many things that fascinate me, GPS will have its place in the top few!! I always keep on looking out for information on GPS on the net. Here's something that i found interesting. (taken from http://www8.garmin.com/aboutGPS/)


The Global Positioning System (GPS) is a satellite-based navigation system made up of a network of 24 satellites placed into orbit by the U.S. Department of Defense. GPS was originally intended for military applications, but in the 1980s, the government made the system available for civilian use. GPS works in any weather conditions, anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day. There are no subscription fees or setup charges to use GPS.

O Maria!!

Last year in june, dont remember which day, I was just chilling at home. (Was unemployed at that time.) Suddenly a friend of mine  called me. -The same one whom I have mentioned in my last post "Writing" that "She's a good critic!" She told me about some audition of a konkani movie "O Maria" that was gonna be held in Kala Academy. And insisted me to go for the same. I spontaneously replied- "Why not?? Sure!!" Of course, she was gonna come with me too.

Writing..

Some people are so gifted that they dont have to think much before starting to write anything. They just hit their desk, take a pen and just start scribbling.. And those scribbles end up being a famous novel, a play, a script, etc. or may be even a most read article in the times!! Well, there are some people who have a great interest in writing, (even if they don't read so much). But, bad luck, they just cant find a better topic. And even if they find it, they don't know what to write. And eventually, they drop their idea of writing and continue with their work. Well, sadly, i will place myself in the latter category.

What's a Blog?

Trust me, there are still some people in this world who don't know what a 'blog' means. Let me be a little frank here, and confess that i was one of them a few minutes back. But then the internet proved to be my best friend and helped me find out the meaning of the word "BLOG". And now i'm here creating my own one.. (of course by borrowing the service from google!).


I have a long way to go to be a so called 'blogger' (does that word exist actually?).. Never mind, as this is the first post on my blog, i'm gonna keep it a little small. I need to do some other things like 'designing my blog' too.. ;-)

So, for the end words, - It was a nice feeling to post something for the first time on my own blog...!!!
